What is Tickr AI?
Tickr AI is an AI-native CRM for Indian SME manufacturers: a deal pipeline, quotations, contact and company records, and AI-assisted lead qualification.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your free trial requires no credit card. You can upgrade anytime from Settings → Billing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately.
Is WhatsApp integration live yet?
Not yet. WhatsApp conversation sync is in development, pending Meta's WhatsApp Business API approval, and is marked "Coming Soon" on the product pages. It is not a feature you can use today — we do not claim otherwise.
What happens when I hit my contact or AI call limit?
You'll get a notification before you reach the limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional capacity from Settings → Billing.
Who is Tickr AI built for?
Indian SME manufacturers — businesses that sell through a sales team and a pipeline of quotations and orders. It started with the glass hardware manufacturing vertical.
I'm not in the glass hardware industry — is Tickr still a fit?
Yes. Tickr started with the glass hardware manufacturing vertical, but it's built for the underlying pattern: a sales team, a dealer/distributor network, and a steady flow of quotations — common to many Indian SME manufacturing and B2B trading businesses, not just glass hardware.
How is this different from tracking deals in a spreadsheet or WhatsApp chats?
A spreadsheet doesn't tell you how long a deal has been stuck in a stage, and a quotation sent as a WhatsApp PDF is gone the moment that chat gets buried. Tickr keeps every deal, its full stage-history timeline, and every quotation linked to one shared record your whole team can see — not scattered across chats and files.
How long does it take to get set up?
Deployment is 48 hours from signup to a live, working account. In practice, most of that is you adding your contacts, companies, and first deal — which you can do the same day you sign up.
Can multiple people on my team use Tickr?
Yes — plans include multiple user seats, so your sales reps and managers can all work from the same pipeline, contacts, and quotations. Current seat limits are listed on the pricing page.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Sensitive fields such as stored credentials are also encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are securely hashed and never stored or logged in plain text. What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your workspace's data is retained for a limited grace period after cancellation in case you want to reactivate. After that grace period it's deleted per our internal retention schedule — see the
Privacy Policy for the full data-retention section.
Can I get a copy of my data, or have it deleted?
