Set up your workspace and send your first quotation.
Before you start, have your company name, a work email, and the WhatsApp number you use for business ready — the number identifies your account; it doesn't turn on WhatsApp conversation sync itself, which is not yet live (see the FAQ). Most workspaces are fully set up — first contacts added, first deal created — within about 10 minutes.
- Start your free trial. Sign up with your company name, work email, and WhatsApp number. No credit card required.
- Add your contacts and companies. Import or add the contacts and companies you sell to — they become the shared records every deal and quotation links to, and they carry history across every deal a contact or company has ever been part of.
- Create your first deal. Add a deal to the pipeline, set its value in INR, and place it in the right stage. If you're not sure which stage to use, start it in the first one — you can move it later.
- Move it through the pipeline. Drag the deal across stages on the Kanban board as it progresses — every move is recorded in the stage-history timeline, so you can always see how long it sat in each stage.
- Send a quotation. When ready, create a quotation from the deal, generate the PDF, and email it to your customer. Add your company profile under Settings first so the PDF carries your letterhead.
Once a deal has some activity on it — notes, a quotation sent, time spent in a stage — its AI Insights panel starts surfacing useful signals, like which deals are worth following up on first. See how to read AI lead qualification for what those signals mean.
